Delete Your Moveflow Account
MoveFlow Technologies, LLC provides two ways to delete your Moveflow account and request deletion of the personal data associated with it.
Delete your account in the Moveflow app
- Open the Moveflow app and sign in.
- Open Account from your profile picture.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the warning and select Delete to confirm.
You will be signed out when the request succeeds.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access the app, email info@moveflow.tech with the subject Moveflow Account Deletion Request.
Include the email address or phone number used to sign in and, if applicable, your company name. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, Social Security numbers, or photographs of identity documents by email. We may ask you to verify control of the account before completing the request.
We will acknowledge and respond to verified requests within 45 days. There is no fee for a reasonable deletion request.
Active loads
For safety and operational integrity, an account cannot be deleted while the driver is actively transporting a load. Complete the active load first. If a load was dispatched but has not started, contact info@moveflow.tech for help canceling it and completing the deletion request.
Data deletion and retention
Deleting an account deactivates access to Moveflow. Account and profile information is retained for up to 90 days after account closure and is then deleted or de-identified unless a longer period is required by law.
Certain records must be retained for legitimate legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, tax, audit, or dispute-resolution purposes. These may include operational and transaction records for up to seven years, driver qualification records for up to three years, precise trip-location data for up to six months, security logs for up to two years, and isolated backups for up to 90 days. Retained information is no longer used to provide an active account.
